Even in the poorest of condition, complete bikes in need of repair or restoration are commanding over $1500.00 on ebay. Completely restored units will pull well into the $2500.00 range depending on what level of detail the restoration was performed to.

My1976 Ossa Phantom GPII Restoration Project

This is my 1976 Ossa Phantom GPII restoration project. I rescued this bike along with another 1974 Ossa Phantom from a crack head in Atlanta. I say crack head because after I sent him the money per our agreement, he refused to ship the bikes and parts. That is until I filed a complaint with the Atlanta Police Department. The detective that investigated the case for me drove out to this guys mothers house looking to arrest him on the spot for Grand Theft Larsony. The detective later told me that "he's your typical 45 year old crack head living with his mother", Lesson learned, always save your paper work from any sales transactions and keep good records. It will make your life easier in the long run.
